My Most Anticipated of 2013: Part II

In early May, I drafted a post about my top 5 movies I can't wait in 2013, I saw most of them (except American Hustle), so it's time for new ones. Most anticipated of 2013 includes movies, TV Shows and performances I can not wait in 2013.

But before that, you may want to read my reviews of: Star Trek Into Darkness | Stoker | Now You See Me | The Great Gatsby (coming soon)

Most Anticipated Performances of 2013

Julia Roberts in August: Osage County
She is #1 actress for me and it's been like that since I remember movies. However, most of her best films were shot long before I heard about Julia Roberts. I have huge hopes for August:Osage County and her Oscar chances. As a fan, I desperately want to see her name among nominees.

Having watched all Robert's films, I need something new, that would fire my great passion towards her up.

Jared Leto in Dallas Buyers Club
Requiem for a Dream is his greatest work and generally phenomenal movie. In Dallas Buyers Club Leto plays HIV positive transgender Rayon. His character is genuinely awards-perspective and I am looking forward to his stunning performance.

The same time, I am a great fan of him as a performer and member of 30STM.

Benedict Cumberbatch in The Fifth Estate
Being a huge fan of him since Sherlock, I can't wait any of his roles. Benedict proves that he can be awesome in any role, playing any character of any time. Recently watched Star Trek Into Darkness & his performance as a villain just made whole movie a lot better. The Fifth Estate looks amazing because of interesting story, great cast and Cumberbatch. Assange is a great guy to play, because it is not easy to decide whether he is hero or antihero.

Cast of the Butler
The movie may not tell much new, but cast of Lee Daniel's the Butler is one of the greatest this year, because it unites all kind of high caliber actors in both lead or supporting characters. At first trailers and later first reviews told how amazing they are in doing their job.

Most Anticipated Movies of 2013

Rush by Ron Howard (premieres Sept 27)
Despite me not being a huge fan of biopic dramas, Rush trailer just blew my mind. I have a feeling that this movie is going to be my top of 2013. Daniel Bruhl seems to be outstanding in trailers and Hans Zimmer music as always is perfection. I have every reason to be waiting for its premiere.

August: Osage County by John Wells
Julia Roberts, Meryl Streep, Benedict Cumberbatch and Abigail Breslin are enough reasons to watch any movie, especially August: Osage County.

Gravity by Alfonso Cuaron
Gravity is going to be a Life of Pi and Avatar of 2013, because of its outstanding cinematography, art direction and visuals. Each trailer looks beautiful and thrilling. I am totally seeing this movie in theater.

Kill Your Darlings by John Krokidas
A true story of three great american poets - Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and William Burroughs, who were brought together by the murder committed in 1944. Being a directing debut of John Krokidas and starring Daniel Radcliffe, Michael C. Hall, Dane Dehann & Ben Foster the movie gives any reason to include in my most anticipated list.

Most Anticipated TV Shows of 2013

END of the Dexter.
Only last two episodes are left and I can't wait. It's been four years I am watching and living with Dexter. 8th season is not best, but I am still hoping for some good finale (which MUST NOT be a happy ending).

5th season of Modern Family
Modern Family is one of my most favorite comedy series of all time. After super hilarious 4 seasons, it's time for another perfect comedy year. The same time, actors Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Sofia Vergara keep tweeting about this 100th episode how awesome it is. So, naturally, I can't wait until September 24.

3rd season of Sherlock
Greatest Sherlock series of all time. The one which introduced Benedict Cumberbatch to the world and made his popular. The same time, this is one of the best TV adaptations I've seen, because every series is an example of outstanding transformation from book to screens.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (premieres on Sept 24)
Marvel making a TV Show about superheros?! Could you imagine how awesome it sounds? For me it is a beginning of something extraordinary, especially after release of thrilling trailer.

What do you think of this list? What are the shows, movies or performances you can't wait?

I hope Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is at the same standard as the majority of the Marvel films. I'm worried it will be Marvel in name only and be a trashy, poorly written TV show like so many out there!

I really really hope that it's going to be as amazing as most of Marvel's work. If it's so, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is going to be one of my most favorite shows

Oh my god, you are right, what a shame, I can't even write his name properly :)))
Yeah, the same applies to me, I'll see any movie just because of him, haha
