Promising in my previous post, where I've predicted OSCAR's major categories, I'll get back to rest nominations. This is not a must condition but they say that winning some technical awards (like cinematography/film editing) makes best picture odd stronger. That is why most of best picture winners (probably all) are well directed, written, played and technically perfected at the same time. Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Science counts on technical achievements pretty much.
